Kissed Crowns Cancellation & Booking Policy At Kissed Crowns, we value your time and ours. To provide every guest with the highest quality service and experience, we operate under the following booking and cancellation policies. Please review carefully before securing your appointment. Booking Requirements     •    All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure adequate time for consultation, preparation, and optimal service.     •    A non-refundable deposit of 15% of your total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy     •    Cancellations or reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.     •    If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of your deposit. The remaining portion will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover the time blocked out for your appointment.     •    No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit, and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Late Policy     •    We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your service may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of your stylist, and your deposit may be forfeited.     •    If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately to determine whether accommodations can be made.
